The MS4425 is a temperature compensated, piezoresistive silicon pressure sensor packaged in a dual in- line configuration and intended for cost sensitive applications where excellent performance and long-term stability are required.
Integral temperature compensation is provided over a range of 0-50°C using laser-trimmed resistors.
The pressure sensor is available in absolute, gage or differential pressure ranges from 0-1 to 0-300 psi. The pressure ports are 1/8” barbed ports which mate with 3/32” ID tubing. The MS45xx series is a small, ceramic based, PCB mounted pressure transducer using Measurement Specialties’ proprietary UltraStable™ technology (MS4525/MS4525DO) and the latest CMOS sensor conditioning circuitry. This series contains both analog output (MS4515/MS4525) and digital output (MS4515DO/MS4525DO) where the digital output versions feature either I²C or SPI interface and provide 14-bit pressure as well as 11-bit temperature sensing.
It is fully calibrated and temperature compensated with
a total error band (TEB) of less than 1.0% over the compensated range. The sensor operates from a single supply of either 3.3 or 5.0Vdc and requires a single external component for proper operation. The rugged ceramic transducer is available in side port, top port, and manifold mount and can measure pressure up to 30inH2O (MS4515/MS4515DO) and 150psi (MS4525/MS4525DO). The 1/8” barbed pressure ports mate securely with 3/32” ID tubing.
These Barometric pressure sensors are based upon a proprietary package technology to reduce errors. This model provides a fixed 4-volt output with superior
output characteristics. The sensor housing has been designed specifically to reduce package induced parasitic stress and strain. In addition the sensor utilizes a silicon, micro machined (MEMS)structure to provide a very linear output to measured pressure. The sensor embodies a vacuum reference.
These calibrated and temperature compensated sensors give an accurate and stable output over a wide temperature range. Each sensor is internally compensated using an ASIC compensation technique. This series is intended for use with non-corrosive, non-ionic working fluids such as air, dry gases and the like.
All parameters are measured at 5.0 volt excitation for ratiometric parts and 12.0 for parts with internal reference, for the nominal full scale pressure and room temperature unless otherwise specified.

Schaevitz® P900 Series Strain Gauge Pressure Transducers are premium grade sensors that provide highly precise measurement of absolute, vented gauge, or sealed gauge pressures over wide temperature ranges.
Standard versions of this transducer use a 17-4 pH stainless steel diaphragm to sense pressure (Inconel versions are available for operation in highly corrosive environments). The deflection of the diaphragm is transferred to a double cantilever beam by a force transfer rod. Strain in the beam, and therefore, input pressure is measured by four foil strain gauges.
P700 series pressure transducers are designed for high reliability and stability. The all welded construction incorporates a double cantilever beam with bonded foil strain gauges. Coupling to the pressure diaphragm via a force rod, gives excellent thermal isolation from the fluid or gas being measured. High overload protection is an integral part of the design. These units are capable of sensing extremely small changes of applied pressure and are relatively insensitive to vibration, altitude and shock.
The Series 251 wet/wet differential pressure transmitter utilizes a double diaphragm sensor technology that outperforms standard double sensor products in accuracy, reliability and static operating pressure.
