The EE576 is a compact air velocity transmitter designed for measurement of lowest velocity. Equipped with a newly developed sensor head and utilizing the proven E+E hot-film element, already tested a million times in the automotive industry, these transmitters are less sensitive to dust and dirt than conventional hot-wire elements. This is reflected in the excellent reproducibility and proven long-term stability of the measuring results.
The EE575 is a compact air velocity transmitter designed for high volume applications. Due to the small design, the module can be fitted to nearly every application.
The use of a high-quality E+E thin film sensor element based on the hot film anemometer principle ensures optimal precision and maximum sensitivity.
EE65 air velocity transmitters are ideal for accurate ventilation control applications. They are operating
on an innovative hot film anemometer principle. The E+E thin film sensor guarantees very good accuracy at low air velocity , which is not possible for conventional anemometers with commercial temperature sensors or NTC bead thermistors.
EE66 air velocity transmitter series are designed for high
accuracy measurement of lowest air velocities. It is the
ideal solution for laminar flow control and special ventilation applications. The E+E thin film sensor is operating on an innovative hot film anemometer principle.
The EE75 series air velocity transmitters were developed to obtain accurate measuring results over a wide range of velocities and temperatures.
A high-quality hot film sensor element based on cutting-edge thin film
technology ensures maximum sensitivity, even at lowest mass flows. At the same time, the innovative probe design produces reliable measuring results at high flow velocities of up to 40m/s (8000ft/min).
The integrated temperature compensation minimises the temperature cross-sensitivity of the EE75 series which, combined with the robust mechanical design, allows it to be used at process temperatures between -40 to +120°C (-40 to 248°F).
In addition to air velocity and temperature values, the transmitter calculates the volumetric flow rate in m³/h or ft³/min. The cross section of the duct needs to be determined for this purpose and the volumetric flow rate can be displayed and directed to one of the analogue outputs.
The inline flow meter EE771/EE772, based on the measurement principle of thermal mass flow, is ideally suited for the measurement of flow in pipelines DN15 (1/2”) up to DN80 (3”). Measurement of for instance the usage of compressed air, nitrogen, CO2, oxygen, helium or other non-corrosive, non-flammable gasses.
The flowmeters are setting new standards in terms of measurement accuracy and reproducibility thanks to their applicationspecific adjustment during production. As such, the EE771/EE772 is adjusted under a pressure of 7 bar.
The unique mounting concept with a mounting valve permits rapid installation and removal of the device for periodical calibration. It simultaneously ensures high measurement accuracy through exact and reproducible positioning in the pipe.
The EE776 flow meter is based on the thermal mass flow measurement and is ideal for measuring the flow of compressed air and gases in pipes from DN50 (2”)to DN700 (28”).
With the EE776, the consumption of compressed air, nitrogen, CO2 or other non-corrosive and non-flammable gases can be measured up to a pressure of 16 bar (232 PSI)
The Series VF Air Flow Capture Hood accurately measures air volume flowing through registers, diffusers and grills. The Air Flow Capture Hood is light weight and is easily handled by one person for measuring supply or exhaust airflow. The large LCD simultaneously displays airflow, velocity and temperature and can store up to 100 readings in a non volatile memory for later analysis. Later analysis of the Air Flow Capture Hood data is easily downloaded to your computer with the included RS-232 cable and software. Each Series VF Air Flow Capture Hood includes airflow measuring base, 2’ x 2’ (610 mm) hood, brackets, RS-232 cable, software, nylon carrying case, batteries, and calibration data sheet.
The robust multi functional hand-held meets the highest requirements and comes with a wide range of accurate probes that fit various applications.
Use touch-screen navigation to show, up to three measurement values simultaneously on the capacitive TFT display.
